Which application type should I choose?
- Applicant with Guarantor – A guarantor is someone who will be financially responsible for your lease agreement. Typically, a parent or guardian. Guarantors must reside in the United States, have a valid SSN, and pass a credit screening.
- Self-qualifying Applicant - If you have qualifying credit and funds of 3 X one months rent per our rental criteria, OR you are an international student with qualifying credit and an I-20 or DS2019 document, you can be approved for the lease on your own.
